With several days of temps in the high 80s, we're calling summer officially on. One of the major undertakings of the start of summer is prepping our yard- what there is of it, anyway. Because we don't have a garage, most of the summer toys spend the winter neglected and sad under the car port. It takes a good scrub and a lot of hose action to get them ready for their warm weather jobs.
The boys in their water gear for the 1st time. Tru's is left over from last year. While the waist still fits, the length is a bit of an issue. Looks like we'll be suit shopping soon. Mathis is wearing a hand-me-down from Tru in size 2. I can't believe it!
Water table = makeshift sink for small toys.
Daddy certainly did his share, too. He had some toys (like the grill) that he had to scrub up as well.
Cars and trucks were the boys' primary responsibility. I feel like they're getting ready for high school sports fundraisers!

This is exactly the sort of fun that I'm dying to to have when we finally get a house. The boys are precious!
Thanks, Kelly! You guys are getting close. You're going to have a blast :)
