We finally bit the bullet and enrolled Truitt in a sport. I really didn't want to do it earlier, giving him more free time to just be a kid, but he has reached a point where he is ready and we were ready. I told him he could choose baseball or soccer and he picked soccer (although he keeps bringing up baseball and his desire to grow up and play for the Steeplecats back in North Adams. lol). Today was his 1st game, documented here for your viewing enjoyment:
