Yeah. Totally jumped the gun on the food thing. It just took a couple of days and Mathis got used to food. Now he loooves it, eating everything I put in his mouth. Peas, green beans, apples, carrots, and the once-shunned sweet potatoes. And he loves him some prunes!
He also likes to play with a spoon while I feed him and pretends to feed himself. Or just chews on the spoon like everything else. Either way, messy spoon face is plain, old baby cuteness.

And for any of you not-yet-parents or soon-to-be-parents, these Bumkins Super Bibs are the best bibs out there. They are soft like cloth but waterproof and can go in the washing machine, although they rinse clean in the sink and dry quickly just hanging from the kitchen faucet.
The Torgerson Family also wants to say "Welcome to the world!!" to our adorable new friend Sean. Sean, brother Lucas and Mom came by for a visit last weekend. It was great spending some time together and meeting The Heights' newest resident.
