September is the start of powwow season for our Gulf Coast Tia-Piah family. While Mathis has attended before, he was pretty small and this was his 1st foray on to the floor to dance with Daddy and Big Brother. Fan and rattle in hand, he was very excited to join the big guys!

Tru also received a special honor, where he was brought to the middle of the arena. Dancers lined up to throw money at his feet. It was a nice, proud moment for Daddy and T. I even got a little misty eyed. Just another reminder of how big my boys are getting.
