What a weekend! Not only was Grandma still visiting from MA, but Turtle had a full social calendar of his own. He had two 1st Birthday celebrations on Saturday. Saturday night Mama and Daddy went to see La Boheme, so Turtle got to stay with Grandma. Sunday, we met some others for a lunch get together and then hit the Houston International Festival (pics from that tomorrow). No wonder he could barely make it until 6:30 for bedtime tonight.
Again, gorgeous weather. This is really my favorite time of year in Houston. Sunny and warm, but not quite hot. We had some killer thunderstorms this weekend, which kept the humidity down and provided a breeze that begged us to be outside.

Sunday we had lunch with some of our other mommy and baby friends. We get together for lunch the last Sunday of every month. It never ceases to amaze me how much these babies change in a month. Some of these moms I have known going on 6 years, since I first started planning my wedding on the Knot. Wow!
