During our MA trip, Tru got to spend some time with cousins Rocco and Saddie. Even though it's been a year since he saw Saddie last (and Rocco wasn't born yet) he was so happy to see her. Not to discount how wonderful Saddie is, but I think he was just most happy to have another kid to play with. Apparently, all adults all the time is b.o.r.i.n.g. They are both adorable and it was so nice to spend time with them and my sister.

Rocco and Uncle Ray get some hang time; happy little man was full of smiles
Turtle had a little incident that resulted in being pantless for a while, but no one seemed to mind; Turtle and Saddie with HathIa in the background
Saddie gives Rocco some sisterly love while he snacks; every toddler loves to topple Dada's block towers!
Rody, the inflatable midget donkey won over another fan. Turtle and Saddie were taking turns riding and it was quite the little game. One would get off and tell the other to get on, then fuss that it was their own turn again. Saddie really enjoyed it, especially once Turtle showed her how much higher you can bounce when Uncle Ray holds the ears for you. If you wonder how Rody could really be fun, just look at the face. They totally love it!
After a lot of horsing around, the kids finally settled a little. My Uncle Joe brought Tru a book as an early Christmas present and the kids decided they would read with eachother. It was so sweet and fun to see. If only they could be this sweet all the time!
Giving the book a once over; Tru points out something of interest
Big kisses to say "Thanks for playing"; but so sad to see the book end
Lastly, I just have to brag on Saddie a little bit. I know a lot of kiddos in her age range and I certainly do not know many that can sing their whole ABCs and any number of nursery rhymes and Christmas carols. I'll grant you, it's not perfect. It's still pretty damn impressive! My stinky camera missed all the best parts, but this little clip is still worth watching. Beware: major cute follows!
