Actually, banana blueberry bread.
As much as I enjoy cooking (and eating), I have never baked anything, especially from scratch. Well, Turtle has been on a bit of an eating strike with 4 teeth coming in AND we had 3 over-ripe bananas in the house... So, I pulled a recipe and got to cooking. I have to say, it came out pretty darn good! Truitt loves any kind of fruit bread, so this will be a good snack for him when he doesn't want to eat much else. I wish I could have done without the 1.5 cups of sugar, but oh well... It did make 2 loaves. =)
Since this experiment was such a good one, I am probably going to try zucchini bread later this week. I'll let you know how it goes. This has to be the most domestic thing I have ever done and it's a little scary. Ha!

finally....some pics of bread! I was getting so bored with the cute baby pics....I mean honestly, it's not like he is changing everyday of anything... :-)
