So, I know my brother is going to make fun/grumble about me posting this, but that actually makes doing it all that much more enjoyable...
After my success with the banana blueberry bread, I decided to try my hand at zucchini bread. The result: Eh. Not bad but not great and definitely not as good as last time. The shredded zucchini was a bit bigger than it should have been. That lead to a courser texture. I also eliminated some of the sugar. So, it's more bready and not so sweet... It's edible, but not the little loaf of heaven the last batch was. I think I'll make some more banana and get really good at that before I venture out to other breads (although DaCapo's bakery near my house makes a pear bread I would love to try).
Of course, in the end only one opinion matters: the person I am making the bread for. See for yourself.
