This is just something I wanted to document because it was so cute and silly. So, Truitt has always loved swimming. He has never had a fear of the water and that was evident tonight in the bath. He *accidentally* put his face in the water. At first, he was a little surprised. Then he realized it was fun for him. He would bend in half at the waist and stick his head under the water- face first. He would come up, blink to get the water out of his eyes, lauuuuugh and do it again. It was the silliest thing!
We took some swim lessons last summer. Truitt was too small to really get anything out of it, but even then he was fearless in the water. We have some lessons on deck with the Youngers this summer. I look forward to seeing him in the water.
Of course, he is Turtle. I don't know why him loving the water comes as such a surprise.
